KAYE BEALER
                             
Ms. Bealer has a diverse body of experience in finance, accounting, and information systems. She has provided a wide range of consulting assignments covering cost-of-service pricing studies, labor economics and human resources, cost of capital, spatial organization and data analysis, regression analysis, financial information systems, statistical modeling, benefit cost and financial models, and information technology projects. She has consulted in the areas of finance, parks and recreation, general city administration, and utilities.

Ms. Bealer is now Principal and CEO of K Bealer Consulting, LLC. Her primary focus will continue to be financial/economic analysis, cost of service and revenue studies, strategic planning, and business development in the Environmental Industry.  She has expanded her team to include experts in Engineering, Environmental Science, and Public Relations.
