Metropolitan Sewer District - Industrial Surcharge Review
LOCATION:Cincinnati, OH
KBC participated in an independent review of the Metropolitan Sewer District’s (the District’s) industrial surcharges. The District desired to investigate a more appropriate approach for adjusting its industrial surcharges rather than applying the rate changes adopted for residential customers to the permit fees and surcharges. The District was also interested in pursuing an alternative methodology for recovering the costs of its industrial pretreatment program.
